Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of shop.sync-ai.studio (the 'Site') and the products sold through it. By using the Site or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms.

The products

SYNC Studio sells two types of digital products: (a) Kits — downloadable bundles of Claude AI prompts and skills, delivered as ZIP files via a private download link; (b) Mini-apps — web-based tools accessible from your dashboard after purchase. Both are designed primarily to work with Anthropic's Claude assistant.

Account

Some purchases require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us promptly at info@sync-ai.studio of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated at checkout via Stripe Tax based on your billing location. Payment is one-time; there is no subscription unless explicitly stated. Transactions are processed exclusively by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details.

License (kits)

Buying a kit grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the kit's content for your own professional or personal purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly post, or share the kit's content with any third party. Reverse-engineering the prompt structures to recreate competing products is prohibited.

Access (mini-apps)

Buying a mini-app grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual access right from your account dashboard. We commit to keeping the mini-app available with reasonable uptime; in case of permanent discontinuation we will give notice and provide a comparable replacement or a refund.

Refunds

See our separate Refund Policy. In short: digital goods become non-refundable once delivered, in line with EU consumer law (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and Directive 2011/83/EU), but we honor refund requests for technical defects, accidental purchases reported within 14 days of purchase before the kit was downloaded, or undelivered products.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the products for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to break the security of the Site; (c) abuse the rate limits or attempt mass scraping; (d) misrepresent your identity; (e) use mini-apps to generate content that violates Anthropic's Usage Policy.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Products are provided 'as is' and 'as available'. SYNC Studio does not warrant any specific outcome from the use of its products. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is capped at the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law (gross negligence, fraud, statutory consumer rights).

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Paris, France, except where mandatory consumer protection law gives the consumer a right to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction. Contact: info@sync-ai.studio.
